Shipping Policy

Hallowicked ships Halloween costumes, accessories, and decor throughout the United States. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Secured Standard Shipping has an estimated transit time of 7–12 business days after dispatch. Including processing, estimated total delivery is 9–15 business days. The daily order cutoff is midnight Eastern Time (New York), including daylight saving time when applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates. Peak Halloween demand, carrier disruptions, and weather may cause delays. An order is not guaranteed to arrive before Halloween or another event unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service. Please order well in advance of your event. We will notify you of material delays and provide cancellation or refund options where required by law.

Shipping rates

Secured Standard Shipping costs $6.95 USD for orders under $50 USD. Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free Secured Standard Shipping within our supported United States shipping area. Applicable taxes and the final shipping charge are shown before payment.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Product, destination, size, and carrier restrictions may apply. Only available destinations and services may be selected at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide tracking information when available after dispatch. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us to arrange a solution; additional shipping charges may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

For a lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment, email hello@hallowicked.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
